Hi, I looked around for a tutorial but didnt have any luck finding one to create a custom cluster control in advanced skeleton, Anyone know how its done or can guide me to a tutorial?

Sorry, I was able to create it but cant see it in my list of influences for weight painting. Eek

By your terminology "influences" instead of "deformers" or "inputs", it leads me to believe you are trying to paint cluster weights on your skinCluster? Clusters are deformers, like the skinCluster. They are their own entities and are not related. So to paint weights on a cluster, you would go to Deform -> Paint Weights -> Cluster
