I'm creating an animation of text rotating around a curve using Motion Path. To do this, I first created the text, retopologized it, and then duplicated the text as many times as I wanted and combined them. Then, when I added a Flow Path Object to my text, the Lattice—as you can see in the image—ends up in a different place, and I don't understand why.

Both the text and the curve have Freeze Transformations applied, their pivots centered on the grid, and their history cleared.

I’ve tested this using a regular cube and also regular text without retopology, and it works correctly.

Thank you in advance .

Try using "curve" rather than "object"

I find i get much better results that way
