skinning problem: vertices do not follow the deformation despite a consistent value

Hi all, I am facing a problem for the skin of my character. The deformation doesn't seem to take the weights that I painted. I use NgSkinTool 2. In the images, we can see that the leg lifts but some vertices do not follow. The value in the component editor is indeed 1 and for the right bone so I don't know why they are stuck there. I feel like it's because of the smooth. When I hit it for a specific zone, it takes values from anywhere and ruin the skin.

Thanks for any help,

Is your normalization set to interactive or post?  In interactive mode, your weights will always total to 1.  In post mode, a weight of 1 doesn't really mean much.  If another influence also has a weight of 1, then effectively, both influences have a final weight of 0.5.  Post mode can be very confusing for beginners.

Hi,
thanks for your answer.I finally changed my RIG and restarted the process
and was able to continue my work. But I remember that for this problem, it
was set to interactive. It's default and I never changed it.
