Sking didnt follow with the rig in playback

Im new to maya and i learn a lot from tutorials and online courses  ...

So i desided to try to do a animations i creat two characters riged and every thing worked well bu when i put my two characters into a scean as reference files and animating them this one character gose wonky...

Some time when i move a joint by using control curve sking didnt move with the joint but when i move another joint sking jest snap to the right place as the joints...

And this happend also when i play back the animation...

Rig moves with the time but the sking stay as the same and if i stop the animation and try to move a joint tje sking snap to the right position ...

Any suggestion to make this worck correct ..

And i also suffering from laggy play back ...

Please give some helps

This could be a skinning issue. You can also try deleting non-deformer history from the mesh.

I tried that and every time i click delete non deform History maya stucked and closed

First pic shoWs the error ... you can see joint are going as the animation but the skin stay still 15754388086657395129343907838366.jpg

but if i tryied to move another joint the skin jump into right pose(2nd pic )15754390367888980629293298355493.jpg

ans i try unbind and rebindthe sking quickly but new skin still occurre the same issu...

This happend only for this character every thing else work well (But i have thiss lagging in play back issue )

I able to delete non deform History without stuck ....

But still as you can see error remain ...
