Need help with Motion Paths, please.

Hello, I use so much software sometimes I forget how to do things.

I created a little car on a motion path, but I want to customize the animation by controlling where the car is at certain frames. That way it looks liek the car is speeding up and slowing down at certain frames.

Please provide a link or simply explain to me how to do this in Maya 2013. Thank you to all who can help.

This is how I used to do it with version 6. I had some health issues which did not permit me to use Maya for a while, but I am glad to have started it up again! I appreciate the video, too. Kind of funny, that all I had to do was open the attribute editor, the one thing I did NOT try, lol. Thank you, my friend.
