Maya AutoRig issue with tangents (some translation and rotation) in graph editor

Hello, im new to rigging, I generated an auto skeleton and control rig from HUMANIK, and when i inserted keyframes, my inbetween keyframe go off crazy creating unnecessary arches, and some of My graph editor Translation and Rotation tangents are uncontrollable, which makes it impossible to straightened out the tangents. Can anyone give me a fix guide please
