In graph editor while changing the graph of any particular attribute it's behave like slow in out not like constant value changing

please help me about this graph editor option and how to turn off or turn on.

it looks like you have soft selection turned on. But i don't see that option in the tools in the graph editor.

My fist thought would be to delete the default preferences and reset Maya to see if it's still happening.
