Importing .FBX Wireframe Model and .FUSE File

I'm trying to import a .fbx file into a project and simultaneously import a .fuse file into the same project. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to get the .fuse file to wrap around the wireframe .fbx file. Is there some way to do this? The video is the animated wireframe, the photos are front and back views of the fuse model.

Your wireframe is called joints. A wireframe is a mesh/model where you show the connected lines between the mesh points.

Do you means that you want that mesh to follow the joints? If so you need to skin the character to the joints.

Here is  quick tutorial for basic skinning and joint manipulation in Maya 2016.

And here is a pre 2016 video as well.

That's pretty much it. Thanks a lot for the help! I apologize for the whole "joints/wireframe" fiasco. I'm fairly new to animation, so I don't really know the lingo yet.
