How to fix orient joints in fingers.

Hi guys, I need help ASAP. I'm helping a friend with rigging I'm having problems. When I created my finger joints, the transfomation tool rotate correctly. What is the fastest and easiest way to fix this?

did you try using orient joints option ,

under rigging tab goto skeleton menu > orient joints.

select root joint (in your case wrist joint) edit > Reset settings, apply.
