How to apply 2 geometry constraints simultaneously onto one object?

I have two intersecting objects, a plane and a sphere. The plane is wide enough that it cuts through the sphere completely. The third object, which is a cube, needs to be geo-constrained to both the sphere and the plane while the plane rotates in place. The plane always intersects the sphere completely (creating a dynamic circular cross section) throughout its movement (see attached JPG file). Maya doesn't seem to support more than one geometry constraint on an object. What would be a work-around? Thank you!

I need the cube to constantly be in orbit around the sphere while bound to the plane at the same time. The plane will act as a controller that determines the exact orbit path the cube will take around the sphere (this is why the plane cuts into the sphere). I'm looking for a way to make it look like the cube is geo constrained to the sphere and geo constrained to the plane at the same time. The sphere doesn't move but the plane should be free to move and rotate (and thus cause the cube to change its orbit path).

the Sphere is round.. right? 

 so if you parent the cube to a group, and that groups center is the same as the sphere. the end result will be the cube can rotate around sphere, but appear stuck to it. 

you can then, parent the plane above the group,, if you want to make it appear like the cube is reacting to the plane as well.  

and then you can parent everything under the sphere.

And you can  scale the sphere, and the end result will be an oval orbit due to scaling order

to keep the cube from scaling,   duplicate it, and parent constrain the duplicate back to the orig

Thank you, I tried your solution but it doesn't work when the plane translates. I actually figured out a working solution today. I had to use a NURBS sphere and plane (instead of poly) and use the Surfaces->Intersect tool. That created a dynamic circular curve which I could then use to geo-constrain the cube. Worked like magic even when the plane rotates and translates. Thanks again so much for your answer and the pic.
