[HELP] Getting the child bones movement if parent bone is rotated?

Hello i am wondering if there is a way to get the movement (translation and rotation) of a child joint when you animate the parent joint. The attachments have screenshots of what I am talking about.for maya.png

Hello,

If you create a locator and parent constraint it to the child joint, without keeping the offset, the locator 
Will snap to the child joint and its transformations will reflect the global transformations of the child joint.
