Error on textur from model

Hi, guys
There is something very weir and I do not have the little idea what is causing this problem. The problem is I have a model of lion that was already mapped and texturized in Maya but the skinning was worked on 3Ds Max, then I exported it to Maya. And when I want to animate it the whole texture or mapping broke, yo can see it in the image.
I think the way I worked between skinning in Max, exported and imported to Maya is the problem, but I don't know if it is. And I have to say when I move any bone, it takes time to load the roatition of the bone.
