Does Maya have a button that will delete keys of the simmilar values?

I wrote a tool in Python to handle deleting of keys with similar nodes in a curve. (I'm a programmer not an animator) 

 

Is there a tool that Maya has that will do this automatically? Thanks!

I'm curious on how you did it.  I am a programmer as well...not an expert...but just thinking of how this could be done gave me a headache.
