Deleting the `Lcl Scaling` inside FBX

Hello
on my previous post about deleting scale in FBX data I noticed after a few research that eventhough I deleted the Lcl Scaling inside the FBX data , it is not affecting unity at all.
But when I delete the Tranforms, Rotation and Lcl Scaling everything from that node disappears.
I tried using Blender to export the same data as FBX and delete the scaling channels inside the ASCII file and it works in Unity.
Can anyone tell me why can`t I do the same in Maya? Does anyone occur the same problems?
