Creating and duplicating a simple rope/hose rig

Hello!

I created a basic rig to be used for a rope/hose, using joints, an IK spline, clusters on the control vertices of the curve, and I parented the clusters to circle controls .

This works for the most part for me to be able to position the rig however I want and I don't need it to do anything else since this will not be animated and will remain stationary.

I will have multiple ropes/hose models of different lengths (x-axis),

so my question is how can I create multiple instances of this rig that is scalable length wise (x-axis)?

I suppose I can recreate it multiple times but with 30 models this will be quiet tedious and there has to be an easier way.

Also, could there perhaps be an easier way to rig this model?

I included an attachment below.

Thank you!

Hey,
you can select your top rig node and use the duplicate command by checking "Duplicate input graph" in the duplicate option box.

Or
you can use File referencing.

If you import your rig in a new scene as a reference, you can then duplicate it a hundred times without

your scene getting heavy.
