Attaching an eyebrow hair plate to rigged mesh- The most efficient method?

I'm modding the Andy rig, and I've created xGen eyebrows which are on separate mesh "plates."  What's the most efficient method to attach them to the rig?  Unlike the static scalp hair, the eyebrows will be moving alot and need to follow the facial blendshapes.

I know about "proximity wrap" deformers...but they are resource intensive apparently.  Just binding the eyebrow mesh to the rigged mesh is another option.  Thanks.

For prox wrap, you don't have to use the entire character mesh.  Just cut out an area that is sufficient to drive the brows.  Copy the skinning from the character to that smaller forehead mesh and use that as a prox wrap.

Or as you say, you can just copy the skinning from the character mesh onto your brow "plates".
