After building a rig using advanced skeleton I get this error when trying to render. I went and tested the render using a file before I started rigging and It works fine. Any ideas how to fix the problem?

Thank you

This is really the issue?  How can I render a smooth model if this is the case?  I am having such massive rendering issues, I cannot render at all and this is one of the errors im receiving, if I receive any at all.  Often it just crashed to desktop with no errors.

Here is the details of one crash from windows event viewer:

Select your model, then on the right hand side, click the attributes tab. Select Arnold scroll down the drop-down menu to subdivisions choose catclark enter Iterations to 3. Iterations may vary, depending on the density of your mesh. Select Your model again, and press one on your keyboard. Try to render and see if that helps.

Oh have you tried reinstalling arnold? Do you have lights in your scene? I’m just checking these just in case you’re new to maya.

Yes ive resinstalled Arnold many many times, ive also resintalled Maya, and ive also formatted my entire PC and reinstalled windows too.  There is a light, but it doesnt seem to make a difference to the crashing.
