animating parent constrained objects globally while IK blend is animated : HumanIK

So i've wrist controllers parent constrained to an object which is flipping.. so to synch hands with it, i've animated IK blend values which is working fine but now i want to move the object and the wrist controllers globally and when i do so, the object behave unnaturally where ik blend is zero.. is there something like list controllers in maya like 3ds max where i can animate on top of my base animation without destroying it or any other idea how to do this!!
