animating parent constrained objects globally while IK blend is animated : HumanIK

So i've wrist controllers parent constrained to an object which is flipping.. so to synch hands with it, i've animated IK blend values which is working fine but now i want to move the object and the wrist controllers globally and when i do so, the object behave unnaturally where ik blend is zero.. is there something like list controllers in maya like 3ds max where i can animate on top of my base animation without destroying it or any other idea how to do this!!

Can't share the details but i'll try to explain what's happening..... 

character picks up a box with his right hand for first 100 frames, flips it to left hand in next 25 frames, flips it back to right hand in next 25  frames, then holds it with both hands for rest of the animation 

So i parent constrain the right hand with the object for first 90 frames with IK blend 1, give it a IK to FK blend from frame 90 to 105 so that it can be picked by left hand but the moment i link it o the left hand and raise IK blend value to 1, the left hand goes to the right side of the object. It must stay where it is but it tries to reach the position where right hand was constrained initially.

Hope i was able to explain what's happeneing!!
