Unable to charge account

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Lighting analysis plugin in Revit 2018.

Sometimes it works well but often I get the error "Unable to charge account. Please try again".

I'm logged in with my Autodesk account. I tried several times. I also closed Revit and restarted it. I've also tried to logout and login again.

Hi @johan.cantryn

It sounds like you may be having some internet connections issues. Are you able to navigate to other websites when this happens?

Dear,

Thanks for your feedback. It is not an internet issue because when I have this error internet is up and running (I can browse other sites).

Within Revit I can also run new analysis during which data is uploaded without any problems. I can also access older results.

But new ones not. It's quite strange because when I try the day after: most of the times I don't get any error (result is downloaded).

Hi @johan.cantryn

Do you have the Revit 2018 Insight plug-in installed? https://insight360.autodesk.com/oneenergy/Landing/Download

@mstein7484

Hi,

Yes. I had to do it because in 2018 by default the tools were not yet available, so I downloaded them.

Hi @johan.cantryn

Sorry, but I'm going to have to refer you to the Autodesk Support center for help on the Cloud Credits. Looks like it might be beyond the Lighting Analysis tool.

Also, FYI, here is some more information about Cloud Credits: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/subscription-management/subscript...
