I ran into this issues again because they moved the download location for the plugin. After getting no help from support I found this video on YouTube that explains it. Posting here to hopefully prevent headaches.
Thank you, you helped me a lot. As a subscriber I have to say that it has been a frustrating esperience try to find, install and use lighting and solar analisys functionalities. Autodesk, shame on you!
