Cannot access Lighting Analysis in Cloud Start Button

I can pull up the window fine but once the window opens, it is cut off right below the required credits row. I cannot access the buttons below at all since the window is cropped at that point. I know there is an issue since sometimes I can see the top of the letters below. I have reset Revit and my computer but it has not changed and I am not sure what to do from here.

I kind of figured it out. I couldn't get the bottom half to show up but I learned that you can press "tab" to get to the start button that is not visible.

I'm having the same issue, has anyone figured out how to fix it? I have used the 'tab' idea but would rather have the button there!
