Zoom In Zoom Out by keyboard

I am beginner with Inventor, and after use another CADS, find in Inventor very uncomfortable and idiotic user interface.

If any gays can help me, find solutions for:

1. How to attach keyboard hot-buttons for change Zoom +/-?

2. How to change coordinate lines X,Y to grid dots?

3. How to change coordinate lines X,Y step to customer value and hold it permanently. Presently values lost after any PC reboot.

I know the answer to your first question:

Go to the blue Tab under Extras (my Inventor 17 is in German but it should be the same Button...)

there you can assign a keystroke to the zoom command. 

alternatively you can go to the Panel on the right side. 

....open the highlighted box 

and work with this:

As you mentioned that you are new in Inventor I recommend you first learn about the Inventor shortcut keys. So I attached a pdf for you. Just download it or go to url https://www.autodesk.com/shortcuts/inventor# . You can also customize your keyboard. First go tools tab then go to customize button.
