If I turn off the flexibility of the sub asm. Error occurs immediately
If I may suggest something, (based on my experience) use different concept to prevent this behavior
1st Asm: for Frame + Rails
2nd Asm: for Carriages + Moving plate
What i want to ask is
Is the Inventor program normal?
As far as I know, before the 2022 version
That this never happened
I know.
&
Then, in the assembly document, flexible
Why did you create the function?
For me to vaguely feel
Currently, as the model state is newly created,
I have a few other issues...
If the exact problem occurs
I will post again.
I am not an Autodesk Employee
In my opinion, this function (nested) flexibility wasn't better before Inventor 2022 neither
This looks similiar (Inventor 2016):

And here is a really long topic about this
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/flexibility-not-working-properly-in-inventor-bug-that-...
I still suggest you try to use as little as possible, because this function wasn't built for this
(nested flexibilites) this makes the things more complicated for solver
