Tolerance for holeThreadNote missing - Inventor 2021

I am building a table of dimension information and tolerances in a dockableWindow and have run into a snag. None of the holeThreadNotes in my drawing have any tolerance information available even though there are tolerances set for them.

Any ideas? Is tolerance information for holes not fully implemented in the API or am I missing something? Thank you.
