Hello,
I am using "Document" interface's HRESULT MethodMigrate ( ); method to convert Inventor 11 files to INventor 2008. Though the function succeedes(return value is S_OK) the file is not getting converted. How do I do this. Or opening the file(Inventor 11 version file) in Inventor 2008 and saving it programmatically is the solution?

thanks

Yes, simply saving the files will migrate them.

Hello Sanjay,

I need a clarification on migrating Inventor 10 and Inventor 11 content center files(standard, custom, user published files) to Inventor 2008.

Do we need to call any other API call for these content center files apart from Save() for these content center files in order to migrate them.

Thank you,

No, you shouldn't have to do any more than saving the documents.
