Jacket Piping

Has anyone had success with jacketing piping? I need to jacket a 2" piping line with a 3" jacket. Would I create my own custom Flange for this?

did you ask about design or code API?

if you ask about design:

use 3"sch pipe for jacket,

add 3"bend/elbow,

add reducer 3" to 2" sch pipe,

add 2" sch pipe,

add JIS Flange DN50 B2220
