Inventor Crashing

I have a visual basic program that automates inventor and has been running for years.

It has started crashing at different points during execution. Could it be my RAM memory?

Which version of Inventor?   What OS?

Are you getting the crash report dialog?   If so, what email address are you putting into the report?   With the email address I can search the database to see if the reports give any obvious clue to the problem.
