ilogic program to do this job automatically

Thanks for your help.

We produce a series of products which their shape is the same but their sizes changes from one to another. So, I have written a program in iLogic environment to change the size of our products automatically. And the text is linked to some dimensions of part. When the inventor changes the size of the part, the text also will be updated with the new dimension. If I use this command “convert to geometry” in Flat Pattern, the text in Flat Pattern will NOT be updated and it shows the previous text and numbers which is not my aim. (see photos)

1. Is there another way to export “unused sketches” to DXF file from Flat Pattern?
2. Is there any way to link the sketch to its parent after using “convert to geometry” on order to when the dimension of the part changes and the text also changes, the text in Flat pattern will be updated?
3. Can I write a program in iLogic to do this command automatically? “Copy to Flat Pattern” a text and then “convert to geometry” for each part

Or if you have any other suggestion, please let me know.

If you create a drawing of the part, and then right click on it, you can choose to include sketches and then you can save this drawing as dxf, this way you don't have to use the convert geometry command.
