iLogic Form - Bug?

Hi,

In our office we use ilogic for several of our products and for each assembly there's a form with all the settings/functions available, for some products that form can be quite extensive with many input fields.

Previously I thought it wasn't possible to use the Tab-button to go through the form but have since made several forms where this is possible and makes filling it out faster and easier. However, there seems to be a bug where if you have a multi-value parameter (doesn't matter if its text or numeric) placed first in a "Group" then tabbing stops working, for the entire form. If you put a single value parameter before it, in the same group then tab works again.

Anyone else noticed this? Or found any nice way around it?

I currently use Inventor 2017 but I'm quite sure this was a problem in earlier versions as well.

See attached assembly for examples.

/Fredrik

That's interesting... I recently started experiencing this behavior and could not identify what the cause had been. Well done for spotting it.

I haven't found that having a multi-value parameter placed as the first input stops the tab key from working, but if I have one tab group that only has multi-value parameters inside it, then I'm unable to use the keyboard tab to navigate through the form anymore.

As a work around I've 'allowed custom values' on one of these multi-value parameters to enable the tab function, not ideal, but its workable for us until the bug is resolved.

Hi!

I tried changing one of the parameters to allow custom values but for that perticular case (text parameter, multi-value) it still didn't work. Thanks anyway though!

Hoping that someone from Autodesk could comment on this!

Do have multiple tabs? Or groups inside a group/tab?
