iLogic can't find excel file

so I wrote a bit of code and made an Excel file to update the length of a predesigned part as needed through a dialogue box, I have already set up several different files in the exact same manner but this one in particular keeps giving me this error message:

Error in rule: Doc_Updates, in document: WTND-62-3048-S-14SS.iam

'No Drip Edge 1.xlsx' could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.

If you are trying to open the file from your list of most recently used files, make sure that the file has not been renamed, moved, or deleted.

I have rewritten the code, double and triple checked for any typoes and I have windows explorer open and am staring right at the Excel file there in the folder and I have the file name correct, so why won't iLogic recognize it? and before anyone asks, yes I have the Excel file closed I know that iLogic won't read/write to an Excel file if its already open.

Is the excel file named "No Drip Edge 1.xlsx" in inventor project location? If not, please try to use full file path as file name string.
