iLogic add weld symbols

hi,

I am working on automating my drawings. I work with Inventor 2023.

The next step in the process is to put the weld symols with iLogic on the drawing. Per dimension it may be that a different weld is needed. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hello @FeelGoodGirl 

I'm not sure if that's the case, but it seems to me that the ability to add, operate, and modify DrawingWeldingSymbols was introduced only in Inventor 2024. Therefore, when working in 2023, you don't have the option to refer to DrawingWeldingSymbols via the API.

Wait till you find out that you cant modify the decimal version of the weld specs to fractions and that its been a suggestion to change that since 2013. Thats really gonna boil yer water.
