How to know what command is active ?

Like my title topic, how can I know what command is active ?

my code like this but nothing happen, anyone can help me:

If oinv.CommandManager.ActiveCommand = "AppSketch2DWrapperCmd" Then
               txt_name.text="Create Sketch command is active"
            End If

I found problem. Just wrong name of cmd.
