How to create external ilogic rule?

K, I copy and paste the ilogic code into a txt file and save it.

Then I add the link for external rule to inventor, and I suppress my old rule, and call the external rule with iLogicVb.RunExternalRule("@#$!.txt"), and my model changed automatically, some assembly got supressed, some parameters got changed. 

I wonder why? My external rule has exactly the same code as the old rule!

and I tried to change the parameters, but I got no response~~
