How can I call a feuture?

If I give a name to a feature can I call it in the code to find some geometrical information programmatically?If it is possible can you help me to achieve it?

Yes, you can call a feature and supress/unsupress it - Not sure what you
mean by geometrical information

I want to find its volume, where is its metacenter and some things like that... Can you give me an example?

I might be wrong but I guess you confuse between part and feature
I dont think there is a way to determine a volume of a feature - Anyone?
what is the "metacenter" ???

As feature I mean an extruded feature,a mirrored feature.... all these may consist the same part...
