is there any possibility to use the grip snap in VBA or iLogic to move a part along the axis?

oControlDef = m_invApp.CommandManager.ControlDefinitions.Item("AppGripSnapCmd")

Hi @GeorgK,
Unfortunately, Inventor API does not support API for "Grid snap".
"Grid snap" command can be called using "Control Definitions" API. But other inputs like selection of axis, type of drag and keying input (Distance).
