get model data

Good afternoon,
Cordial greetings, I have a question. In the company I currently work for, technical information is handled in a certain way. For the manufacture of the parts, it is necessary to generate a manufacturing range, which is only a document where the step by step of the production process of said part is mentioned. For example, the base material goes through the parting process to section the material, then it goes to the machining center to be faced and machined, thus describing all the processes that a part goes through. The need is: if I do a cut operation, and name it setup cut, and then I do an operation with the drill wizard and name the operation "main drill" to take it as an example. How can I obtain those values with which I name the different operations. all this to speed up the manufacturing range, since if I obtain the values and include them in the manufacturing range I can avoid the manual filling of these values, reducing time and typing errors

thank you

I think I did not explain myself well, how do I link an operation, for example an extrusion to a property

An example file, screenshot of what you want to do?
