Get files form vault using Ilogic

what is possible ? and how does it look like ?

I am trying to make a plan for how we want an ilogic code that help us .. find files form vault and add information form a other source ...but have very likke ideer of what possible.. do any on you have any experience and maybe som screenshot that I can maybe can use....to plan how our might look like ?
