Format of NominalSizeDescription in CreateStandardThreadInfo

Hallo,

I have a problem with the format of the parameter NominalSizeDescription for
the function CreateStandardThreadInfo. Normally we here in Germany use the
"," as decimal seperator - this is set in regional settings applet in system
settings. I detected, that if I pass a diameter with an "." as decimal
seperator - like described in manual - the thread was not created correctly.
Does it means, we have to pass this parameter in the format of the user's
locale setting?

The texture for thread will be extracted from PitchDesignation string. Must
this string also be formatted accordingly the users locale settings (M16x1,5
instead M16x1.5)?

Brian, I guess only you are able to give me an answer, because only you
knows, what happens with these strings in your source...

best regards,

Steffen Pudor
