Detecting inner conner of 1 body

Hi everybody, i have a situation here. I stucked in finding good way for this.

In this model, number 1 is outter coner, number 2 is inner corner. Each type of coner I have to mate with different parts.

Can somebody show me the way to detect these coner automactically by api ?
