Recently I've found Autodesk University class MFG500736 'Understanding, Using, and Automating Model States'

I'd like to study it but I don't see where to download "work sheet and data set" mentioned at the page 7 of the presentation:

Hi Maxim,

 I talked to Mike Grant, who put together the course and presented it. Here's a version he sent me before he gave the class. He said it was OK to share. Please try it out.
