Creating Documentation For Add-In Deployment

It seems like there is a standard html layout for add-in documentation as seen in the attached images. Is there a template for this? 

 

Also, it seems like the layouts for the add-in bundles are all organized the same. Is this documented somewhere for Inventor? The only article I could find on this was: (link)

When you have an addin you then you can add it to the Autodesk AppStore. When you do you need to give Autodesk the information you see on that HTML page. Then they will create the page for you. Therefore I don't have a template. But in general, this is the page that you can find for each addon in the AppStore. If you are on an app page you will find the "Read Help Document" in the chapter "Description".
