BOM Override iLogic Error - HELP!!

I'm using Inventor w. Vault. We just upgraded to 2022. 

When I try to run an external rule that overrides BOM qty if the file is not checked out, I get an error. It didn't use to do this in 2020. 

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

If the assembly is checked out, the BOM override code works just fine.

You need to check if the file is not read only.
