Best Way to automated weld annotations

Hi all as part of a product process we create a Weld map for each project. Ive already worked out the logic of the location of each weld but what is the best way of pushing this information to inventor so it can be displayed on a weld map drawing. Part of me is thinking about using attributes but the welds themselves arent always annotated from front on. so im not sure if this would be the best method.

Another thought ive had is because my application can evaluate all the 3d Points required to create a part full of work points and use those for to create the points for leader arrows.
