Add column in parameters

I came across another user's post on the forums and I noticed in a picture that he attached that in his Fx parameters he has a custom column called Rule driven.   My question is how do I get this same column into my template?  Attached is the picture.

Hi, are you familiar with the ilogic rules?
You must have at least one ilogic rule that works with some parameter of your part file. This column shows you which parameter is controlled by some ilogic rule.Here I show you some descriptive images of a simple example
