What software languages are used to customize Inventor

I am new to customization of Inventor want to know which softwares are used in Customization.
And which is best and easy way to customize.
wheather to use C++,VBA, .NET.

What do you mean by "customation"?

The Inventor macro language is VBA.
Inventor Add-ins are frequently written in VB6 (maybe VB.net in the future)
