Using VB.NET with Add-Ins

So I wanted to convert my VBA macro to an add-in.

My first step was to install the SDK Developer tools.  When I installed them, it said that no version of Visual Studio was installed.

I do have Express 2015 installed.  Will this version support Add-Ins??

Thank you!

From what I've read Inventor 2016 only supports up to VS 2012. I'm not sure what version Inventor 2017 supports up to.

This thread might might help you get the addin template installed with VS 2015, check out the last few posts.
