Thread tool not working

Good morning. Windows has updated and I can no longer use the thread tool in Inventor 2013. Also if I try to edit an existing thread it only has the original thread type. I tried the System "UseLibXL" fix that did not work. Is there something else that will get my thread tool working?

My company has this same exact issue this week.

I was able to fix it with the instructions listed in the link listed below, but creating a threaded hole now takes almost 30 seconds before the options pop up so I'm not sure this is the proactive fix.

Something had to cause this.
