Supprresed component causing rule to fail

I have a bunch of rules using the Component.IsActive("") function and it was suppressing/unsuppressing parts flawlessly.

Then I changed the display names of the parts in the browser. I also updated the rule to the new display names(this should happen automatically, just like parameter names update in rules)

Now when I run the rule, when it gets to a component that is suppressed it will all of a sudden say it can't find it, even though this was not a problem before I changed the display name.

Can someone explain this to me?

I think I'm ok. The reason the browser names changed was because I renamed the files. But now I changed them to show the part number and things seem to be working. I'm not exactly sure why I had to manually change the display names to make it work, when I didn't have to when I first made the parts...as long as it works.
