Slicing Object in Netfabb is not working well

After I am done slicing the object and try importing it into Simplify 3D and separate connected meshes only some of the slices are showing up and can not figure it out to save my life. Any tips?

those parts (not slices) look the same to me. What exactly is it that you are missing?
