SaveCopyAs. Overwrite old file?

When using SaveAs/SaveCopyAs, How can I get it to overwrite the older file of the same name?

It's because I'm getting extra, hidden proccesses of Inventor running. What am I doing wrong?

Should work Mozy if its listed like this >SaveAs(FileName As String,SaveCopyAs As Boolean)< Or in otherwords, saveas(c:\part1.ipt,True). The true should allow you to overwrite the existing file. Mike
